Completely understand the financial restraints of such an event.
After four decades of performing on behalf of veterans and military families and losing thousands of dollars in that process, I hope you can understand MY policy.
Losing money playing "for free" is a "been there and done that" enough.
I have done music for a similar event at the Tomah VA Hospital last year.
Providing my travel expenses will be covered, I would love to perform for this event.
I have my own small PA system or can utilize the on site sound unit.

Why did you schedule the August run for 1 1/2 miles? Most events around here are for 3.1 miles (5K).
