Parade steps off at 11a.m. from 4th and Kilbourn and heads East to the War Memorial via Wells St. Memorial service immediately following at the War Memorial. This is the money that they live on!!She tells me that taverans later in the evening are a prime source. Elderly are prime target suspects. Tried to make her stop,wont work as she is a lazy bit--whoops.
