Legal issues workgroup
I just came from a meeting on vets legal issues which discussed learning what resouces exist and what needs to be improved. A website called legalhelpmilwaukee. org was mentioned as a place where people should seek help.We discussed the idea of getting more volunteer atorneys for staffing a law clinic similar to what Marquette University does at House of Peace and some other locations. Do we know of vets who have legal issues that they could use assistance in handling? The people at that table are in a position to help.
