New blog to work through my depression, anxiety and PTSD

I've created a blog recently where I can work through my depression, anxiety and PTSD. It's a form of art therapy except it's self driven, although I have a very nice psychiatrist and therapist too. I hope that you might take a look at it and comment. Thank you, Nancy

Write on!

I have always found writing to be helpful in working through things that race through my mind. Along with your artistic expression, I think you are doubly armed to channel those emotions and thoughts. Godspeed on your journey toward peace!

Nancy, I hope you consider sharing some of your artwork during the month of March, it would be nice to see some of it for Women's month. Your photos, art, and journey have and continued to inspire many of us.
