Paul Christenson - "wild thing" - Art Work - See photos of his art work

Thank you for your Pictures of "wild thing". This is what I had written, that I never was able to put with my piece. By the way, it was sent pretty much as I had left it.
My name is Paul Christenson and my robots name is -"Wild thing"- Named after a gun truck I was affiliated with in Vietnam. I am a veteran of south east Asia. I served from 69 to72 in the U.S. Army and I was happy to be asked to participate in this project, if for no other reason, to be able to see some old friends, and to hopefully make some new ones as well. But I must say, it turned out to be much more then that, and I'm very grateful to have been able to be there. When asked what my robot represented, I was kind of taken aback. I really hadn't thought of it as anything too Freudian, but given the question, I'd have to say,"I guess I'd like it to stand for a means of keeping our young men and women out of harms way". Let a robot loose it's life, and bring our men and women home safely. Once again, thank you for this great opportunity. Thank you Alice at 123 at the VA. and thank you all for giving a damn.
Always, Paul
Thank you, Paul! Let's work toward peace - and then there will never be another war. Amen!
