The breaking news tonight of Bin Laden's death creates a lot of emotions. This will not bring back the thousands of lives lost and millions affected, but we can celebrate this accomplishment. We are a nation of uncompromising pride, strength, and courage to prevail. As we will inevitably be faced with moments of trial, we also have many things to embrace.

The strongest emotion of all is an overwhelming gratitude and respect for our men and women in service. Without your dedication and sacrifice we could not afford any peace of mind.

Any day that Americans unite to tirelessly hold our flag high, is a very good day!

Yes, Paula, you said it very succinctly.  However, it is not only veterans and those who currently serve who make this country great, but others who give of themselves each day, quietly, and without fanfire, to make this country great.

Thank you to THEY ALSO who serve!  (and THANK YOU!)
