One of the five Honorable Mention Certificates from the Billboard Magazine Song Contest my Vietnam Blues CD has received went to this song. Lyrics, vocals, and harmonica by Sarge Lintecum on this powerful blues song. (Sarge plays, exclusively, Lee Oskar harmonicas.) "Time Bomb In My Mind" has been used in a PBS documentary about our homeless veterans by some wonderful Florida State University folks. It is called "Lost Warriors" and is available by request, so call your local PBS station to ask for it to be played in your area.
