Penny Coleman, author of "Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Suicide, and the Lessons of War" ( http://www.flashbackhome.com ) testified before the House of Representatives Veterans Affairs Committee hearing on mental health care for returning soldiers was held 12/12/2007 in Washington, DC.

Five panels of witnesses examine and identify mental health challenges within the Department of Veterans Affairs health care system, including suicide prevention and treatment. House Hearing on Veterans Mental Health Care.
