It was only a question of time before the bad guys would try to undermine US troops morale by introducing cheap and easily accessible heroin. Welcome back to my world in the Mekong Delta in 1971.

No matter how our Veterans start with AODA health issues, they need the best treatment possible. I wish we could work toward prevention but from what I understand there is idle time and the prevelance of illegal drugs available, We heard at our Summit the devastating effects of addictions as we listened to the personal stories.
This is why dryhootch is so important - peer to peer support is critical and offers hope and healing within a community setting. And...we can encourage our Veterans to get the treatment they need and deserve. They have served - we must reach out to them. Thank you, Mark, for your efforts to reach out and continue to serve.
